How dumb does one have to be not to pay their mortgage because a liberal leader tells them not to?

About as dumb as one would have to be to believe that we have Marxists, Socialists, or Communists running this country. Why do so many people drink the Tea Party Kool Aide? Obama isn't telling people to default and he didn't deregulate the finance industry years ago which helped create this whole mess.
