WoW TCG Rules questions?

I have searched far and wide for up to date rules on the WoW TCG. Every time I find a link, it has either been removed or is no longer functioning. I have a few questions regarding the rules of the game. Aldor/Scryer cards. Can they just be put in any deck or do you have to have a hero with Aldor rep or something? Is there even a hero with that? Or can I just go ahead and stick some Aldor allies and quests in my Alliance Mage deck? Another question is If a card gets temporarily removed from play, Does it lose any + or - counters that has been put on it? Example: I had Arrowsong that had 2 Verse Counters and a +1 Attack Counter on it. It got removed out of play by the affects of a ability card. But once i destroyed the ability, it came back into play. Does it keep the Verse and +1 Counters? Or are they removed for good when it leaves play? I know I have some more questions, but I can't think of them right now. But help on these will suffice. Tell me everything you can about Aldor/Scryer cards and how they can be used. tyvm.
