Busted for using Frostwire, for realz?

They give you the power to get anything for free and then bust you when you do, WTF! I was reading about someone getting busted for using Frostwire to download music, does anyone know how to delete that from the computer? A friend told me that ccleaner doesn't delete all, and someone else said I had to destroy the hard drive, that's the only way to completely delete everything, there has to be another way? Anyone??
