Can some list some of 4chan's "accomplishments"?

I'm looking for a compilation of some of 4chan's accomplishments, if you can call them that. Things like big cyber attacks (like the one for Time's influential people list), destroying peoples lives (like that girls[can't remember her name]), and catching criminals.
