Is Red Faction Guerilla a good Open World adventure?

I have it and it's not quite as open as fallout but it is pretty open. There are side missions you can do and you kinda have to freedom to tackle a mission the way you want. In my opinion it's not boring this game deals a lot around explosives and destruction. Really there isn't much exploring unless your going for collectibles and or side missions. In my opinion I like this game
