Why won't my PSN game finish downloading? HELP!?

I bought Red Faction Guerrilla on the PlayStation store and it won't download! It gets to 31% at 1901 MB complete and it doesn't progress further! I'm on a wired connection and it did the same thing on wireless! What should I do to fix it?
