I need Learn To Fly 2 cheats for getting medals?

Hi. I need some help with this game im playing (very addicting), called Learn to Fly 2. I hace destroyed all the obstacles but i still need help getting medals. Can you please describe how to earn the Give an Inch Medal, We'll take a Yard medal, and the Master Bouncer? Thank you. Please NO stupid or mean answers! thx :D
